Eva & Tim Mitchell are the sole owners and creators of ILIC. We both understand that your privacy online is important and this statement governs our privacy policies and is inclusive of users of the I Love Icecream Design site who visit and also users who make use of the various services offered by the Site.

What Information is collected and how do we use it?

Subscribing to I Love Icecream

We may collect your email address, name, or your website but only if you voluntarily provide it to us. This may occur, for example, if you fill in our contact form or sign up to receive an email newsletter, enter a promotion, leave a comment, or to receive our freebies. When you fill in our contact form your details will only be used to contact you regarding your request and working with us.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comments form (name, email, and your comment) and also the users’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection and to identify the comment owner. At your option, you may also add a profile picture to your comment.
